the staff were very friendly i felt welcomed. the location was perfect for getting around i used the tube often.
the room was quite small it was difficult with luggage. the breakfast was basic i wanted more options.

the staff helped me carry my suitcase. i liked that breakfast included eggs, cheese, ham, fresh croissants, and yogurt. the dining room had a vintage style, with paper tablecloths and classical music (it was charming).
the bathroom was small. the room was a bit cramped with two suitcases. there wasn't much closet space or many hooks on the wall.
